Background and Capabilities
In 1999 I began developing artist and gallery sites using images database and HTML templates to generate dozens of pages for any given site, allowing artists or gallery owners to do their own updates. Concurrent with jobs in finance and management, I have gone on to develop a number of diverse sites for retail, real estate, and several years of running an e-commerce site.
Since focusing more exclusively in web development, my experience has included two major biotech sites, using Cascading Style Sheets for more automation, and other tools such as Flash and video content, and Content Management Systems using wordpress.
Keeping up with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, my sites and pages have maintained several top ten listings for competitive search terms over the years. By incorporating SEO methods and social media content, Nobhill Music, as one example, has gone from inception a year and a half ago to at or near the top of Google results in relevant searches.
